July 3rd?

Hey everyone!!! The last few days I have spent in Milan just relaxing and getting ready for the next month or so of intense travelling. I have done some grocery shopping and laundry- real fun!! Tomorrow we head to Vernazza in Cinque Terre for the weekend and then Katie lands Monday morning at 6:35!! I am soooo excited. She is going to have so much fun here and she is definitley going to add so much excitement to my trip!! I cannot wait :) Vernazza should be a blast. It is one of five small towns on the Riviera. Gunna get even more tan. hahaha I love the sun!! Well, I am not sure if there will be internet access in Vernazza so I may not update, but I will for sure update on Monday after Katers gets here!!!

Miss you all!!!

Thanks for the chance to see and read a little about your trip. I enjoyed the pics and the entries. I stole a few pics, mostly of Tara, hope you don't mind. Have a great time in Greece. I look forward to seeing both of you later this summer. Take care and be safe.

Hi Rachel,
Jesi showed me your blog and I've been having so much fun reading it. I get to live vicariously:). I love the pictures and interesting facts (the food, too. MMMMM.) Brings back memories. If you love those little alleys (I was obsessed with them, too), you'll love Venice. Hope you get back to Florence. It really is a beautiful city. So much to take in it's hard to remember it all. Have you been to Lake Como? It's gorgeous.
Aaanyway, the main reason I'm writing is because I had put your graduation picture in Scout's personal picture book. She came across it the other day and her face just LIT UP. I said, "Who's that Scoutie." She smiled a big smile and said (rather wistfully) "Auntie Loca". It was sooo cute. Touched my heart. Then Eric had to show her where Italy was on the map and we had to keep telling her when you were coming home. Then, for the rest of the evening, she would say, "Auntie Loca, Italy? She really misses you. Eric told her when you come home you were going to give her lots and lots of kisses and hugs. She smiled at that.
Sorry to ramble. Keep having a wonderful time. I'm sure it will be some of your happiest memories ever.
